Yahoo!! I attended a yoga yin training in Vacaville May 31, 2019 thru June 2, 2019. The name of the class was “Power In Stillness.” My teacher was Jill Hines. It was a wonderful training experience. All the class participants were just awesome, bringing interesting questions as it relates to practicing yin. And I was so happy that despite my knee replacements, I learned that I can get creative with modifying poses or just changing what pose I do. We’re all unique, and can practice yin when we respect how our bodies work. There’s something about working on strengthening your joints and stressing areas that are in need of stretching. I’m so looking forward to sharing this practice with others.
